Hannah’s first job in mixed practice did not go well, or last very long. Three months to be precise. After this challenging start Hannah moved to a new practice, she was supported to grow in confidence and stayed for the next 5 years, quickly moving to being sole charge , where she thrived building her own client base and enjoying the continuity and rapport that brought. Her recognition of the difference appropriate support makes and a developing love of coaching, led to her becoming the New Graduate Programme Lead for CVS, encouraging graduates as they transition from university to practice.
