Jack Lawson graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2009 and spent time in first opinion mixed and small animal practice. He subsequently returned to the RVC, where he completed a PhD focused on the development of renal fibrosis in feline chronic kidney disease, followed by a residency in small animal internal medicine at the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals (QMHA). He is currently a lecturer in small animal internal medicine at the RVC, where he maintains a clinical and research interest in urology and nephrology and is an American College of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology resident.
