Jacqui qualified from the RVC in 2005 and spent six years in independent first opinion practice before moving into the pharmaceutical industry, first with Novartis and subsequently Elanco. She held many roles and led a variety of teams during a squiggly industry career, and now heads Elanco’s Veterinary Technical Services team in the UK and Ireland. She is passionate about building a positive workplace culture, and helping people and teams to realise their full potential. Still a vet to the core, Jacqui believes that practices and industry can learn much from one another as we strive to make life better for our people and the animals we care for.
