Jamie is a qualified vet and with Charlie Barton, they co-founded Pet Records, a software technology company focused on helping pet parents to become the very best they can be. Jamie owns Beech House Vets, a 149-year old multi-branch, family-run veterinary practice in Surrey, UK, and previously co-founded two businesses with which he has successfully exited: • Oak Barn Vets - a standalone veterinary practice - acquired by Mars’s Linnaeus, after 7 years in 2018, and • Virtual Recall – a global healthcare compliance technology company – acquired by Zoetis in 2020. He is a founder member of Animal Health Angels and invests in people and early-stage companies in which he is passionate and can add value - most often but not exclusively in animal health. Jamie is an active Trustee and Vice-Chair of the Petplan Charitable Trust.
