Dr McNae graduated from UQ, Australia in 1997 and moved to Hong Kong. She obtained ANZCVS Membership in small animal surgery in 2002, adding another membership in veterinary sports medicine and rehabilitation 20 years later. She has also worked in the UK, focused on surgery and emergency medicine before transitioning into an international industry role. In 2010, she returned to Hong Kong to lead the Royal Veterinary College’s Veterinary Nursing degree. In 2015, she founded Paws in Motion, Hong Kong's first veterinary physiotherapy practice. Jane remains dedicated to providing veterinary physiotherapy and pain management while staying informed about the field's advancements globally.
