Jason is the Practice Manager and Bright Side Vets joint owner, although his background was not in veterinary until 10years ago. Prior to opening Bright Side Vets, his career was in Tourism, having worked at England’s national Tourist Board and numerous hospitality businesses around the UK and Europe. He brings a clear understanding of client communication, service standards and a strategic approach to business whilst being passionate about quality of client care & independent practices. Together with Kelly (wife and Head Vet) they have taken Bright Side from 1 site and 3 staff to 2 practices and nearly 40 people.
