Jenna began her veterinary career with 4 years in mixed practice, and has since spent over a decade working solely with exotic animals and wildlife. Jenna's current work sees her with a dual role, both as a veterinary surgeon and as a veterinary clinical educator at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Edinburgh, Scotland. Her practice deals with a busy caseload of mammal, avian, reptile, amphibian, fish and wildlife cases, whilst also teaching undergraduate students.
Jenna is a RCVS Specialist and Diplomat of the European College of Zoological Medicine, specialising in Small Mammal Medicine and Surgery and is the Course Organiser for the undergraduate 'Exotic Animal Veterinary Medicine' curriculum at Edinburgh Veterinary School. She has a keen interest in promoting exotic animal veterinary education and, as well as patient welfare.
