Jess is a Veterinary Nurse with 17 years experience across first opinion, mixed and referral practices in the UK and abroad, working across a variety of roles. More recently Jess worked teaching student Veterinary Nurses in a college setting and gained her PGCert in Veterinary Education in 2022.
Jess is passionate about integrating Human Factors training in both education and practice settings, in particular looking at teamwork and communication and the importance of whole team training. Her current area of focus is in Nonviolent Communication.
