Jo Malone is CEO and founder of VetPartners, which owns 120 veterinary practices, with 5,000 employees, working in 450 sites across the UK and from its headquarters in Jo’s home city of York. VetPartners was established in October 2015 with three practices, including Minster Vets in York, where she was partner and senior vet. Under her dynamic leadership, VetPartners has expanded to include small animal, equine, mixed and farm practices, and diversified to include other businesses, including a veterinary nursing school, laboratory, research dairy and locum agency. Jo has fostered a culture of warmth and belonging at VetPartners. She has a passion for caring for pets and their owners, while developing the people she works alongside.
