Joy is Head Nurse and C-SQP in a first opinion practice in North Wales. She has a diploma in veterinary nurse consulting and leads the consulting service at her practice. Joy's main passion is feline health and behaviour, and she has achieved their silver Cat Friendly Clinic and Rabbit Friendly Vet accreditations. Her other interests include perioperative nursing, anaesthesia and schedule 3 surgical procedures. She is a volunteer BVNA Advocate, being involved in the organisation of regional and online CPD, she is a veterinary nursing course marker for Colourful CPD and writes for veterinary publications.
