Katherine joined the company earlier this year and has responsibility for the brand, marketing, digital client experience, pricing and strategic partnerships . Her previous career spans marketing, customer experience and commercial roles across several sectors and companies including Specsavers, British Airways, Barclaycard and American Express. She has led various digital innovations along the way including the launch of the first mobile contactless payment experience in the UK, right the way through to the first Facebook live eye health advice and triage to consumers during the Pandemic. She has been a pet parent for over 20 years and currently has two fox terriers and four orphaned sheep in her family.
