Kathrine qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 1997 and worked as a GP vet for twenty years, including six as Clinical Director of a multi-site practice. Kathrine joined Linnaeus in 2019 as Medical Quality Lead, having developed a strong interest in QI and patient safety and moved into a global quality role with Mars Veterinary Health in 2025. Her current role involves all aspects of QI with the aim of continuously learning and sharing improvements to benefit both patients and the Associates that care for them. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Human Factors and Patient Safety at the University of Edinburgh.
