Kerrie Hedley is Chief Operating Officer and Director at XLVets, where she leads operations and supports independent member practices across the UK to thrive through collaboration and shared learning. A former equine vet, she joined XLVets in 2015 and holds an MBA, her dissertation focused on the barriers and enablers to female practice ownership in the UK. She is also the co-founder of the Veterinary Women in Leadership initiative.
