Lara has extensive experience of mixed, small animal first opinion and referral practice settings, both working in practice and as a District Veterinary Surgeon with responsibility for the clinical and financial performance of groups of clinics. She earned her MBA in 2018. Her particular interest is in the area of client communication and has led the training in this critical area for teams in practice as well as new graduate and other formal company induction courses. As Regional Clinical Lead for CVS she provide support and training to practices across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
