Liz Barton is Head of Communications at VetCT. During a varied career in clinical practice, Liz developed a passion to support the health and wellbeing of veterinary teams. She has created and curated resources and tools as Director of WellVet and SPVS Wellbeing Representative. Liz co-founded the Vet Mums Facebook community to support parents in the profession, and as editor of Veterinary Woman she tackled issues around women’s health and produced the Veterinary Menopause Report. Through these roles she diversified into PR and marketing for the veterinary and animal health sectors, joining VetCT in May 2021.
