Louisa Rodgers is an accomplished Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with over 22 years of experience in clinical practice, with a special interest orthopaedics, surgery and welfare. Throughout her career, Louisa has held management positions for 15 years, gaining extensive experience across multiple disciplines and locations throughout the UK. Her passion for professional development led her into veterinary lecturing and OSCE examining, where she contributed to the education and assessment of future veterinary professionals. Five and a half years ago, Louisa joined the Guide Dogs family, where she continues to make a significant impact in her role as Head of Breeding, Welfare and Veterinary Services. She is dedicated to ensuring the optimum welfare of the dogs and helping people with sight loss live their lives to the fullest.
