Lyn has been a Registered Veterinary Nurse for 30 years. She spent time in both general and referral practice, before becoming head nurse at an orthopaedic referral centre. She then developed an interest in emergency medicine and spent several years working for an emergency out of hours provider ultimately moving to the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals at the Royal Veterinary College. Here she sent 13 years as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse and is now a Teaching Fellow with the Veterinary Nursing School and co-deputy course director for the Gradate and Post-Graduate Certificates in Advanced Veterinary Nursing.
