Senior Lecturer in Small Animal Surgery,
Royal Veterinary College
Lynda graduated from the Royal (Dick) Veterinary College, Edinburgh in 2005. She then worked in a busy first opinion small animal practice in Cheshire for 3 years before embarking on a rotating internship at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), London in 2009. Lynda then undertook and completed a residency in small animal surgery, also at the RVC in 2014. Lynda became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons and an RCVS Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Surgery in 2015. Lynda has been working as a Lecturer in small animal surgery at the RVC since her residency finished and spends most of her time seeing cases in the RVCs referral hospital. She enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary team and appreciates the challenges of a busy operating schedule and seeing patients with traumatic injuries.
