As Senior Director of Global Sustainability, Margo Mosher leads the development and implementation of more sustainable practices across Mars Veterinary Health’s (MVH) businesses. She supports MVH’s hospital businesses, including AniCura, Banfield, BluePearl, Linnaeus, MVH Asia, and VCA, to improve sustainability impacts across the areas of planet, people and pets. MVH’s priority ‘planet’ topics include climate change, waste, and antimicrobial resistance. This work includes initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from hospital operations, improve environmental and social impacts from the procurement of medical supplies, reduce waste and improve recycling in hospitals, and develop educational materials. She joins Mars Veterinary Health from the field of corporate sustainability consulting, where she worked for ten years at SustainAbility, Inc. and ERM. Margo received her Master of Environmental Management at the Yale School of the Environment.
