Dr. McAllister leads the veterinary function of Mars Veterinary Health and is driven by her passion for proactive, accessible pet healthcare and the development of future veterinary leaders. As chief medical officer, she ensures the culture, strategy, talent, and tools are in place to consistently deliver high-quality medicine across 3,000 global veterinary clinics. Dr. McAllister is founder and board president for the Diversify Veterinary Medicine Coalition (DVMC) and serves on the Veterinary Innovation Council board and the Washington State University Dean’s Leadership Council. She resides in SW Washington with her children and pets and enjoys running, hiking, and traveling.
