I graduated from the University of Bristol and joined the Willows Vet Group in 2009 as an enthusiastic new vet graduate, working with small animals. I became the Branch Manager of the same site in 2017 upon return from my second maternity leave and took on the role of Senior Clinical Director in 2022. I now manage the management teams of 7 small animal sites including a referral team, I support them in their day to day running of their practices and supporting their teams whilst still contributing to the clinical work.
