Natasha worked in primary care practice before completing a residency in small animal internal medicine at the University of Bristol in 2010. She worked in telemedicine, private referral practice and academia teaching undergraduates, interns and residents before joining Linnaeus, part of Mars Veterinary Health (MVH), in 2019 as the Internship and Residency Manager and going on to develop and lead the Linnaeus Veterinary Education Team to support undergraduates, new graduates, interns, residents and primary care vets and nurses to develop and progress their careers. She has recently moved to Mars Veterinary Health Europe to support vets and nurses working both in the UK and across the continent.
