Navaratnam Partheeban is Regional Head of Farm at IVC Evidensia and has worked in a variety of roles which has included farm animal veterinary clinical practice, academia and industry. Partheeban is an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion having completed various projects, research and studies including a Nuffield Farming Scholarship and RCVS Mind Matters Grant Project. He is co-founder of the British Veterinary Ethnicity and Diversity Society, a Governor of Harper Adams University, Board Member of the British Cattle Veterinary Association, Farmer Led group member of the Future Food Movement and Ambassador for the Country Trust.
