A small animal vet since 2009 and a practice owner since 2016, with a BVSc from Bristol and an MSC in infectious disease control from Liverpool. From the outset, fascinated by practice management, he developed a keen interest in client communication and how the actions of the practice team affects the behaviour of clients. More importantly…he gets bored by long stuffy talks and can’t sit through a boring lecture…so doesn’t expect you to. A fan of audience collaboration (no one gets singled out – don’t worry!) and slightly left field examples, he aims to make his presentations, relevant, informative and engaging.
