Dr Penny Watson was Associate Professor in Small Animal Medicine at the Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital, Cambridge for 29 years. Recently retired from clinical work, she continues lecturing and research. She is a Specialist in Small Animal Medicine and ECVIM past President. Penny's teaching and research focuses on liver and pancreas disease in dogs and cats, and she has published widely in these areas. She was part of the ACVIM Consensus group on Canine Chronic hepatitis which is now working to increase awareness of copper storage disease in dogs and improve regulation of copper in dog foods.
