Phillipa qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2006. After 11 years in farm animal practice in South Wales and Gloucestershire she then moved to work as a sheep veterinary consultant at Flock Health Ltd. This role involves knowledge transfer, research and investigations with flocks, vets, industry organisations, levy bodies, retailers, processors and producer groups. She is the conference organiser for the Sheep Veterinary Society and a tenant sheep farmer with her family in Gloucestershire. She is a co author of a book ‘Sheep Keeping’ Professional Small Holder Series and is also studying for a Diploma as a resident of the European College of Ruminant Health Management.
