Rebecca spent the early days of her veterinary career in clinic, where her love for the profession began. As her nursing career developed into leadership and operational roles, Rebecca carried with her a real passion for the people who make it all happen. She knows first-hand how busy, challenging and rewarding practice life can be! Over the years Rebecca has managed practices, led multi-site teams, overseen new-build hospitals and created a leadership academy for practice managers. The common thread through it all has been her love of developing people, building strong and happy teams and creating brilliant client experiences.
