After graduating from Liverpool University in 2009, Rhiannon completed an equine internship at the Animal Health Trust, before practicing as an equine ambulatory vet in Cambridgeshire. A PhD focused on inflammatory cytokines and osteoarthritis lead her back to Liverpool University. After which, Rhiannon completed a large animal diagnostic imaging residency at the Royal Veterinary College, and is now a lecturer and radiologist working in the equine hospital. For the last 5 years, Rhiannon has produced the Equine Veterinary Journal podcast and her research interests focus on imaging of the head and joint pathology.
