After graduating from Cambridge University in 1997, Rob spent 25 years working in general practice in Cambridge and Suffolk. Over the last 15 years he has developed a particular interest in dentistry and oral surgery, training both within the UK and abroad. He passed the membership examinations for the Australia and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Dentistry and Oral Surgery) in 2021. In 2023 Rob left general practice to focus entirely on dentistry. He is currently President of the British Veterinary Dental Association and splits his time between Davies Veterinary Specialists and The London Cat Clinic.
