Rosie is a mixed animal clinician and international development consultant. Having graduated in 2019 from Edinburgh she has used her veterinary passport to work initially in the South Island of New Zealand before moving to locum in British Columbia/the Yukon, Canada and now back to Europe. Alongside her clinical work she has gained a master’s in International Humanitarian Affairs by distance and works as a consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO). This has led her to work in Rome, Ethiopia, Nigeria and Uganda. Rosie is also an avid outdoorswoman who last year combined her consultancy work with ski instructing in Japan. Rosie is passionate about maintaining work-life balance, keeping work fun and using her veterinary degree to better livestock health and food security.
