Serena graduated in Naples, Italy in 2014. After enrolling in a rotating internship in a busy referral centre in Novara, she continued to work with their ECC team for two additional years. She then moved to the United Kingdom where she worked as an out of hours vet before joining the Vets Now team in Glasgow, where she completed her ECVECC residency training in 2021.
Serena is currently working in The Vets Now Hospital in Manchester as a referral ECC clinician. She enjoys all aspect of acute medicine especially cardiorespiratory emergencies and sepsis.
