Shameena is a veterinary graduate from Kerala, India (2012), holding a Masters in Surgery and Radiology, who achieved membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) in 2016. She is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery and currently serves as a Regional Clinical Lead with CVS Group Plc. In her leadership role, Shameena provides strategic clinical support and guidance to senior managers and veterinary teams across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. Her work focuses on coaching, mentoring, clinical education, and the development of diagnostic and surgical skills. She has a keen passion for continuous clinical improvement achieved through evidence-based medicine, reflective practice, patient safety, and robust clinical governance.
