Sophie Eaden Coaching
Sophie Eaden graduated from Bristol University in 2013 and has spent most of her career in equine ambulatory practice. A passion for making the veterinary profession more sustainable and enjoyable for those working in it, as well as facing her own significant challenges, led her to diversify into coaching and education. Since being elected on to the British Equine Veterinary Association council in 2022, Sophie has been championing sustainable, supported careers within the equine profession. This led to her setting up BEVA's EDI working group as well as leading projects on wellbeing and leadership and management.
Sophie now runs her own coaching business supporting individuals within and outside of the veterinary profession. As well as her coaching diploma Sophie also has further training in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace, Trauma Informed Coaching, Neuroscience in Coaching, Team Coaching and Non-Violent Communication.
