Sophie graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), London, in 2012. She completed three years in general practice during which time she also volunteered for overseas veterinary charities in Greece and Fiji. Following this she completed a rotating internship at RVC, and a neurology-specific internship at Pride Veterinary Centre. Sophie then went on to complete an ECVN residency programme at RVC before working at Southfields Veterinary Specialists, and finally retuning to the RVC as lecturer in 2021. Sophie's interests lie in all aspects of veterinary clinical neurology, teaching and research however key research interests include cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, and feline neurological disease.
