Stefano graduated at the University of Perugia in 2006 and after two years in private practice in Rome he then performed a rotating internship at the Animal Health Trust. He became an American Specialist in Emergency and Critical Care in 2014 following a residency in ECC at the RVC and is also European and RCVS Recognised Specialist in ECC. Stefano is co-director of the Renal Replacement service and is interested in acute kidney injury, trauma and sepsis. He is the Vice President of EVECCS.
