Wet Labs at the London Vet Show
There’s a difference between knowing how a procedure should be done and having had the chance to practise it yourself.
At the London Vet Show, our wet labs give you dedicated hands-on time to work through practical techniques with guidance from experienced specialists. Delivered by Central CPD, part of Improve, sessions cover surgery, ECC, anaesthesia, imaging, ophthalmology, dentistry and exotics.
Working with cadaver specimens, you’ll practise procedures ranging from wound closure and ECC patient management to acute abdominal and lower urinary surgery, eyelid and orbital procedures, thyroidectomy, laryngeal tie-backs and introductory tracheal surgery.
Choose a focused 90-minute session or a more in-depth 4-hour practical. Either way, the aim is the same: to leave with techniques and clinical tips you can take back to practice, and more confidence when you meet these cases for real.

With thanks to Central CPD
Delivered by a team of respected small animal and exotics specialists from across the UK, our programme of courses for vets and nurses offers great value for money. Delegate numbers are limited at these events, so that they feel like relaxed and interactive seminars rather than more formal lectures.
When it comes to practical teaching, our delegates get lots of hands-on experience and personal tuition from the lecturer.
